Movement Teacher | Dancer | Meditation

I have traveled throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, studying and teaching yoga. I integrate my understanding of yoga anatomy with a deep engagement with philosophy and the role of spirituality in modern life. I have been a dedicated student of yoga and meditation since 2003 and a teacher since 2006. I was first drawn to the physical practice of Ashtanga Yoga before expanding my studies into yoga philosophy, classical texts, and anatomy under the guidance of my primary teacher, Rich Logan, a devoted student of TKV Desikachar and Gabriel Halpern.

My work is also informed by dance and creative movement, which continue to shape my approach to embodiment, expression, and inquiry through the body. My classes reflect the teachings of my lineage, woven together with my own lived experience and an evolving personal practice. A Bhakti yogi at heart, I am devoted to cultivating connection—within myself, with others, and with the natural world.

With gratitude, I bow to my teachers: Rich Logan (Chicago, IL); HaChi Yu (New York, NY); Kino MacGregor (Miami, FL); Tias and Surya Little (Santa Fe, NM); David Life and Sharon Gannon (New York, NY); Mollie Galbraith (Austin, TX); Hillary Wright (New York, NY); the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (Mysore, India); Richard Miller (Integrative Restoration Institute, IAYT); and David Swenson (Mother Earth).

Let's Yoga!

Let's practice, or go on an adventure! I am always looking for creative ways to move and create experiences.

Stay Connected!

THANK YOU!
